I Have Lived in Los Angeles Four Weeks Today
The water heater is broken again.
My mailbox is busted.
I would like a desk.
I have swiffered the whole apartment twice so far.
Food supplies are optimal.
I miss the NYC subway system.
I have had to gas up my car only once.
I am not lonely.
I’ll update again in another month.

The GOP Candidates Play Monopoly
The only thing flimsier than the playing board is their policies.
I had nothing to do with this video but I love it.

I co-wrote this Dorkly Bit with Julia Lepetit! Michael Bay has nothing on us.

Here’s me reading some very reasonable future Jeremy Lin headlines. Love me some pun humor.
Produced this. This was the fourth and last sketch of the day, and Pat had been in all three shot previously, but he still brought the same amount of energy to this video as if it was the first of the day, and the video’s really solid because of it.
Also I love puns.

Dorkly Bits: Bowser’s Marital Problems
The Koopa family is having some trouble in paradise, which is what they call world 6-2.
I fucking wrote this (with help as always from the great Ben, Murph and Owen).

Every aspect of this video was enjoyable. Writing it, shooting it and of course, smooching Dan.
One thing about producing comedy videos is that you take a really funny script and then have to listen to the jokes over and over and over again. You know which videos are going to be good because no matter how many takes you do, it’s still funny. This was one of those.

mairyqueenofscots:
My documentary is entitled: Young America; The Story of September 11th, 2001 According to Generation-Y. It is about how my generation (who was roughly around the age of 10-12 at the time) has grown up post-9/11 and how the event affected their families, their schools as well as their region. Donate if you can here.

Hardly Working: Maidmer
Love is blind, fortunately.
Produced this monstrosity. Written by Pat and Dan, special thanks to Emily for being a good sport about hanging out in that suit.

To Whom it May Concern at Andrews McMeel...
(The following is a letter I wrote to Andrews McMeel Publishing regarding a recent word-search-a-day calendar.)
I recently received as a gift your Posh Word Search 2012 Calendar. I was ecstatic to receive such a gift; I crave puzzles, and was especially enticed by the promise of topical puzzle categories, such as “Pop Star Princesses” and “iPod.” However, there is an issue with your puzzle...

Introducing Dire Consequences - Episode One: 50 Mile Walk
Two men. One game of Rock Paper Scissors. One really long walk home.
I directed this one!
We had a really awesome team who stuck in there for two long days. Thanks to Jon Wolf (producer), Justen van Dyke (coordinator), Sam Thonis (camera op), Clayton Hereth (walking expert), and a special thanks to our post...

In Which the Author Airs His Thoughts on...
(Jurassic Park by Simen Wahlqvist)
I follow this blog, Minimal Movie Posters, because I love movies, I really like movie poster design, and I enjoy generally good pieces of amateur art popping up on my Dashboard from time to time.
The piece of art shown above is not a minimalist movie poster, and I take issue with its inclusion.
The above is a minimal depiction of one sequence of one scene....
More Like ChristmasHumor
This year, I had the pleasure of working on three of the four Christmas Non-Denominational Holiday CH Originals. They all turned out spectacularly, and it’s hard for me to pick a favorite since they’re all so different. Please enjoy all of them, and Merry Christmas!
Worked on these:
This one’s still awesome even though I had nothing to do with it:
(Also, I...
