#38, Stewed Pork Sandwich, Xi’an Famous Foods Honestly, there’s not really much I can say other than I say in the below first bite video. This sandwich was a standard pulled-pork sandwich, but what sets it apart is the roll, which is halfway between a pita and a roll.
