#35 Pork Meatball Hero, The Meatball Shop (Greenwich Ave Location)
This is my kind of sandwich, a meatball sub (the word “hero” is a little too New York for me). We chose spicy pork and spicy sauce, and although I was a little worried about how hot it was going to be, it was perfect. Provolone cheese is the cheese of choice when it comes to meatballs. It just amplifies the meat, it doesn’t mask the flavor. This sandwich was incredible, and the one thing I would have changed is getting it on a white baguette instead of wheat.

The sandwich was delicious, and with three locations around the city, and a multitude of meat options, I’m definitely planning on going again.
